More than 1,500 chefs representing over 45 countries will compete in the most prestigious culinary competition, the Internationale Kochkunstausstellung (IKA) International Culinary Exhibition, commonly known as the "culinary Olympics," Oct. 5-10, in Erfurt, Germany.
