PRODUCE PRICES ON THE RISE - OPTIONS AND ALTERNATIVES

HERE WE ARE, JUST INTO 2011 AND WE ARE SEEING MAJOR WEATHER IMPACTING OUR LIVES IN MANY WAYS
FROM TRAVEL TO FOOD PRICES

DEEP FREEZE IN MEXICO, ARIZONA AND FLORIDA
HAVE CAUSED PRODUCE PRICES TO DOUBLE, TRIPLE AND EVEN QUADRUPLE.

ICEBERG, ROMAINE, GREEN LEAF, RED LEAF LETTUCES
CUCUMBERS, BELL PEPPERS, ZUCHINNI, YELLOW SQUASH
GREEN BEANS AND EVEN TOMATOES

WE MAY NOT SEE A BREAK IN PRICES UNTIL LATE MARCH/EARLY APRIL


NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE SOME MENU ADJUSTMENTS
